Residential Architecture Lead

As a senior architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-end residential projects in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom home designs, duplexes, and small-scale developments that meet Australian standards and regulations.

  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid Australian Architect Registration.
  • Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
  • Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
