Our Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Urban Experience Coordinator to join our Build to Rent asset team in Melbourne at LIV Munro located at Queen Victoria Markets. As the face of the property, you will be responsible for initiating resident interaction, addressing their needs, and assisting daily prospect follow-up and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming residents warmly to the property and ensuring they feel at home.
  • Maintaining high service standards and public area presentation aligned with brand and property expectations.
  • Staying knowledgeable about the property, its services, facilities, and the surrounding community.
  • Actively engaging with residents and visitors to ensure satisfaction and consistency with tenancy agreements.
  • Effectively resolving resident issues and assisting with inquiries in a professional manner, escalating, communicating, and following up promptly.

About You

We're looking for someone with moderate experience in the hospitality or property management industry, holding a Real Estate License and Strata Management qualifications. A high level of competency with Microsoft Office package is essential, along with problem-solving skills and an open mind for innovative solutions. You should be able to prioritize tasks and meet tight timeframes without compromising accuracy, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and develop strong relationships.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
