Job Role:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our Property Management team as an Administrator.

 

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As the first point of contact, you will provide an outstanding experience for clients, managing front-of-house duties, including phones and foot traffic.

 

You will work closely with the Property Management team, supporting them with administration tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

 

We offer a salary package commensurate with experience (up to $84,000), Monday-to-Friday working hours (9 am to 5 pm), and opportunities for career progression into any field of real estate (sales, property management, or admin) if desired.

 

The ideal candidate has previous reception experience in real estate, possessing impeccable presentation, a friendly phone manner, and strong computer skills. They should be able to multitask, have high attention to detail, and possess crystal-clear and polished verbal English.
