We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Melbourne Corporate and Commercial team. You will work alongside Partners and senior colleagues, with access to other professionals in our practice group.

Our team handles complex commercial matters, including strategic transactions, commercial contracting, and risk management. We specialise in Australian Consumer Law and Modern Slavery.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in general commercial law
  • A client-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to mentor junior colleagues
