IT Service Delivery Excellence Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our regional service desk team into future growth and success.

About the Role

  • Lead a remote team of service desk engineers across the ANZ region.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership to a highly distributed team of engineers.
  • Prioritize service desk workloads to ensure high service levels are consistently achieved.
  • Identify and report on service desk trends to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to develop cost-effective solutions using technology.
  • Provide exceptional service to VIP and executive clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve IT issues.
  • Offer second and third-level hardware and software support.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and document procedures accordingly.
  • Recommend, coordinate, and perform IT equipment replacement as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in internal offshore team management.
  • Advantageous to have experience with the ServiceNow platform.
