About the Role
  • This full-time position involves providing expert support and guidance to employees and managers across various regions, ensuring seamless HR operations and delivering exceptional results.
  • You will be responsible for preparing contracts, formal documentation, and maintaining electronic personnel files, as well as participating in the transition to our HR information system.
  • In addition, you will play a key role in mentoring staff on disciplinary matters, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist employees and managers with general HR inquiries, tasks, and responsibilities within designated regions.
  • Prepare contracts and formal documentation, collaborating with managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in payroll systems.
  • Support the growth and progress of the business while fostering a positive perception of the HR team.
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role for a multi-site business environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and excellent administration abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within set timeframes.
