**Human Resources Generalist**

1 x Temporary Full Time (6 Months), 35 hours, 5 days per week

As a result, we have an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist to provide support to our People and Culture team during this period, and potentially beyond.

**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

LCC is searching for a HR Generalist to join its Human Resources team, this role will provide you exposure to a wide range of HR activities and matters, enabling you to build upon your experience in a complex environment - where no 2 days are the same. This is a fantastic growth opportunity as you take the next step in your career with the guidance and support of experienced mentors.

This role will see you providing all-round HR operational and administrative support to the People and Culture team, participating in significant projects; salary benchmarking; reporting on HR metrics; IR experience; people management and ensuring legislative compliance and drafting a range of HR correspondence.

**ABOUT YOU.**

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organisational Psychology.
- Administrative experience within a Human Resource Team. Knowledge of HR functions, process, and practices.
- Experience, ideally within a human resources team or related functional area where you have managed a varied workload with competing priorities.
- Ensuring that all HR Services and transactions are made in accordance with awards, agreements, government policy and procedures and all other legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support in one or more human resources or related functional areas, including using MS Office and other HRIS.
