Store Operations Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with Store Managers to develop and implement strategies that drive success.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Embody the company's values by delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Promote a safe working environment and lead by example in terms of safety leadership.
- Previous supervisory experience or a proven track record of achievement in a similar role.
- Proven retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and workshop operations.
- Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge would be an advantage.
- A valid driver's license and flexibility in work arrangements.
- The physical capacity to perform duties, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
