Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising daily store operations and developing their team to deliver outstanding service to customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Managers to lead the team, manage operations and achieve success. They will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, promoting genuine service and creating moments that matter for customers. Additionally, they will prioritize safety and provide a safe working environment for themselves, team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and build trust through excellent service
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or trade environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Prioritization of safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
