About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our home runs smoothly.

  • Work closely with residential aged care staff to maintain accurate rosters.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and training.
  • Lend support with billing, payroll and stocktake management.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Administration Officers.
  • Maintain all record management systems.

You will be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You will also have:

  • A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
  • A proven ability to work to deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid computer and data skills.
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
  • Previous experience in rostering (ideally).
