Data Services Delivery Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Services Delivery Specialist at EDT Global Pty Ltd., you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data services, data modeling, and data architecture solutions with a focus on migrating energy markets analytics to the Azure cloud. Your key responsibilities will include gathering requirements, creating conceptual, logical, prototype, and physical data models, and supporting the development and maintenance of the underlying architecture.

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proficient skills in SQL databases and the Microsoft Azure platform, as well as experience in data warehousing and enterprise dimensional data modeling, including star schema design. You will also need to be skilled in developing complex ETL processes using Synapse Analytics and competent in configuring Azure Cloud resources and services. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake and proficient skills in developing and managing pipelines using Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with BI tools, including Microsoft Power BI, and a strong understanding of Azure DevOps or other version control systems are also essential. Excellent communication skills and experience with Agile methodologies are also required. A tertiary qualification, such as TOGAF certification, is preferred.
