We are seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our team as Rental Service Agents. This is a part-time opportunity that requires immediate start with training provided. You will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment, servicing customers throughout South East of NSW and ACT.

As a Rental Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering stress-free end-to-end solutions for their rental needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Having conversations with customers face-to-face and over the phone to understand their needs and offer great end-to-end solutions;">
  • Providing customers with detailed information regarding their rental agreement, insurance, guidelines, and procedures;">
  • Using multiple computer systems, cash handling, balancing, and performing administrative activities;">
  • Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including vehicle operational checks, reporting damages or issues, and vehicle detailing;">
  • Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives;">

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and fellow team members. Your previous experience in customer service will see you display the ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, offering products and services to ensure they have a stress-free car rental experience.

You will also need to be:

  • A proactive problem solver, with strong attention to detail;">
  • Tech-savvy and able to work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously;">
  • Flexible, with availability to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 1:30pm;">
  • Hold a clean driver's license (MR preferred).">
