Rental Sales Officer

About this role:

  • Meet the vehicle rental requirements of valued customers with exceptional customer service.
  • Provide information and additional services based on customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Inspect and groom vehicles on return of rental to maintain a high standard.

About you:

  • Develop excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to drive business growth.
  • Showcase your ability to learn and operate various software systems efficiently.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong team ethic.
  • Possess a current, unrestricted driver's license and have a basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry as a bonus.
