We are seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to join our organization. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who excels at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, driving cost-effective fleet and procurement solutions, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for fleet acquisition to meet the needs of internal clients.
- Delivering high-quality training and support for all fleet-related activities, promoting best practices across the organization.
- Ensuring strict compliance with relevant corporate policies related to procurement and fleet management, maintaining high governance standards.
- Preparing detailed reports on fleet operations, including budgets, accruals settlements, and essential management information.
- Conducting comprehensive spend analysis on fleet expenditure, interpreting trends to identify opportunities for open contracting strategies and consolidation of spend.
- Managing contracts related to fleet operations by applying service level agreements, nurturing strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry techniques and market changes to ensure continuous improvement in fleet and procurement processes.
The successful candidate will have a background in finance or a related field, with significant experience in large-scale procurement or fleet management environments. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building, as well as advanced analytical capabilities and technical proficiency with modern office software.
