About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Track and Civil Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations hub in Laverton North, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing costs and subcontractors
  • Delivering major infrastructure projects
  • Providing leadership and direction to direct reports
  • Interfacing with design management and construction delivery teams
  • Ensuring excellent communication at all levels
  • Upholding and promoting the highest health and safety standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian-based experience delivering large-scale rail and civil infrastructure projects
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and stakeholder management
