We have recently been chosen as the preferred provider for a range of residential aged care sites in the region and are looking for talent therapists to join us in servicing those sites As a Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you'll become part of something special. You'll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway - a reablement-focused model designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey. You'll work across a range of clinical areas, including: * Mobility and functional assessments * Restorative therapy * Falls prevention * Pressure care * Pain management * Active ageing group programs Whether you're delivering one-on-one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding In return, you'll be backed by a large and supportive national team, ongoing mentoring and an annual professional development allowance and inhouse professional development program. We're looking for: * Qualified Physiotherapists with current AHPRA registration. * Those who share our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people. * Australian working rights. * Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check. * Drivers' license and willingness to travel around a dedicated region.
