Job Summary

As a Clinical Leader in Occupational Therapy, you will be responsible for optimizing patient care delivery and supporting the development of staff within the occupational therapy service.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical knowledge, significant experience, and excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in occupational therapy, registered with AHPRA, and experience at Level 2 or higher.
  • Proven ability to provide senior clinical leadership and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid NSW driver's license (P1 and P2 acceptable).
