This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Hand Therapy Service and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to patients. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in referral triage and prioritization, providing hand therapy interventions, and leading best practice and quality improvement initiatives.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor or post-graduate degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, with current registration with AHPRA, and experience at Level 2 or higher.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill, and significant clinical experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring, and development of junior staff and students.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills, including collaborative stakeholder consultation and a current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
