Job Description

The role of Senior Occupational Therapist - Access and Community Brokerage involves leading the delivery of occupational therapy services to older adults transitioning from acute care to community settings. This includes developing and implementing goal-based therapy programs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing expert advice on occupational therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities
