The Role

This is a permanent caregiver role paying between $30,110 - $33,400 per year, depending on years of experience and qualifications. As a caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best-quality outcomes for our residents, enjoying variety, autonomy, and rewarding experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality care and support to residents with dignity and respect.
  2. Contribute to improvements that better support residents to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
  3. Work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team to delegate effectively and achieve shared goals.
  4. Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  5. Maintain a strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their Outcomes.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability. No qualification? Explore our Trainee Carer Program.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
