Deliver exceptional in-home support services to our valued aged care customers, empowering them to live independently and remain within their own homes.

  • We are seeking a skilled Home Care Support Professional to provide Personal Support Services to our clients.
  • This Permanent Part-Time position offers an hourly rate of $32.56 + 11.5% superannuation, providing a stable income stream.
  • In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive a travel allowance of $0.92 per kilometre, plus paid travel time between clients.
  • Based on our Far North Coast NSW location, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in surrounding suburbs, including Tweed Heads, Banora Point, Bilambil, Tumbulgum, Chinderah, Kingscliff, Casuarina, Pottsville, Murwillumbah, Ocean Shores, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Lennox Head & Ballina.

Key Requirements:

  • You must hold a current Australian Driver's License and own a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a minimum requirement for this role.
  • You will be required to work flexible rosters between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support is essential for this position.

Your New Role:

  • As a Home Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing Personal Care, which includes personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and helping with mealtime and medication prompting.
  • You will also assist with tasks at home, such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
  • Transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings is another key aspect of this role.
  • You will develop client awareness through social interaction, client observations, and ongoing training and support.

We welcome applicants with experience and/or qualifications in Disability Support Work, Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Community Services, or Bachelor of Nursing Students.
