Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Edu Business Developer to join our team in the Northern Ohio region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with schools and school districts, identifying learning solutions that enhance teaching effectiveness, and cultivating business plans that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of students' and teachers' needs and expectations within your territory.
  • Partner with schools and school districts on educational solutions that improve teaching methods.
  • Cultivate business plans and contingency plans in collaboration with customers.
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers to gain their support and commitment to various initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to exert personal influence, and act with integrity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • K-12 classroom teaching experience or 2+ years in professional sales.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent travel by automobile.
  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. when traveling or carrying materials.
