Workforce Mobilisation Strategist

The Workforce Mobilisation Specialist will support the planning and mobilisation of new Programs, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves helping to develop and implement workforce mobilisation plans and contributing to the successful execution and delivery of the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of workforce mobilisation plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share information, and to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce plans, including workforce risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Provide advisory support to internal and external stakeholders on workforce matters, including workforce planning and mobilisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a complex workforce planning and mobilisation role, with a strong understanding of Defence Industry requirements.
- Experience in supporting the mobilisation of new programs, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
