Job Summary

This role is a critical component of our sales, service & technology division, playing a key part in driving business growth and success.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with dealers and customers to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement (CPI).
  • You will provide commercial impact statements, voice of customer feedback, and dealer insights to support prioritization of CPIs.
  • Leading product problem management discussions with dealers and customers is also a key responsibility.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute product performance improvement initiatives at target sites.
About the Role
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a field position is essential.
  • You should be able to work independently and communicate effectively with others.
  • Proven ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the organization is necessary.
