Regional Segment Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Segment Manager to join our team and focus on industry and renewables within the APAC region, excluding China.

  • This role involves defining, developing, and executing market segment go-to-market strategies as part of the overall Market Segment Execution plan across APAC.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with Country Leadership teams to drive strategic development and market share in the industry and renewables sector.

The Regional Segment Manager will be responsible for innovating, executing, and measuring go-to-market programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Country MDs and Market Managers to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
  2. Develop and execute segments and related go-to-market strategies.
  3. Work closely with various stakeholders to drive growth and profitability in the industry and renewables sector.
