This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dispatcher, working flexible shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

About the Role
  • Efficiently allocate roadside resources to meet service standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive service during member vehicle breakdowns.
  • Ensure workplace safety for yourself and others.
  • Work with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
What We Are Looking For In You
  • Previous experience in dispatch or logistics environments.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • A strong focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
