Automotive Roadside Support Specialist

Are you an experienced and passionate automotive professional seeking a challenging role where you can make a real difference in the lives of others? We are looking for skilled individuals to join our dynamic team of roadside support specialists.

  • Responding to roadside assistance requests, providing immediate mechanical repairs and support to members in need.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of vehicle breakdowns and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Performing minor repairs, including battery replacements, tyre changes, and jump-starts, using your technical expertise.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure members' safety and satisfaction in challenging situations.
  • Coordinating with additional resources when required.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate service records in line with our procedures.

This role requires you to start your day from a designated location.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, with expertise across various vehicle makes and models.
  • A relevant trade qualification in automotive mechanics or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with members and colleagues.
  • A Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence for light vehicle repairs (mandatory).
  • A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for helping people during stressful situations.
