Job Title:

Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our institutional client base by originating and setting up APAC institutional sales meetings with alternative funds, private capital managers, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and engage potential institutional clients, including fund managers, fund administrators, and investment professionals.
    • Conduct market research to understand prospective clients' business goals, challenges, and risk management needs.
    • Drive prospects through the early stages of the sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to meeting setup.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, CFOs, portfolio managers, and key stakeholders within the alternative investment sector.
    • Establish trust and credibility to position Corpay as a strategic partner for institutional risk management solutions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments affecting institutional investments.
    • Provide insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and strengthen value propositions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate the value of banking solutions to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
