Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our leadership team in Canberra. As a key member of our Property and Buildings team, you will be responsible for delivering complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical and commercial standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and exceed industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including 12D and Civil 3D.
