About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our leadership team at WSP Global Inc. in Canberra. As a key member of our Property and Buildings team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-profile projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical and commercial standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success and business growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing civil engineering projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, with expertise in civil engineering design, construction, and project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including 12D and Civil 3D, and experience with drainage software.
