About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Property and Buildings team in a hybrid role. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for delivering civil engineering projects from inception to construction, while also managing ongoing communication and professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required technical and commercial standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working across various sectors including commercial, residential, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients and the community.
Requirements
  • Proven industry experience in Australian civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of relevant Standards and Codes.
  • Excellent project management and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as 12D and Civil 3D, with experience in drainage software a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior engineers.
