Job Opportunity:

Quality and Risk Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality, risk, and compliance programs, design accreditation frameworks, champion continuous improvement strategies, drive impactful inclusion initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture of excellence.

The Quality and Risk Manager will report to the Executive Director, Capability & Impact, and work on an ongoing part-time basis (0.8 FTE).

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading a culture of quality, risk, and compliance with continuous improvement
  • Driving change across complex legislation, accreditations, and internal data
  • Championing ongoing improvements and developing quality indicators across frameworks
  • Oversight of inclusion initiatives for diversity and inclusion
  • Preparing high-level reports for Board meetings on Clinical Governance & Quality

Requirements for Success:

You will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Management, or a related field
  • Significant experience in the health sector, especially community health, with a focus on quality and compliance
  • A passion for fostering a culture of quality, risk management, and service improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proven experience in driving Equity and Inclusion initiatives, particularly in accreditation
