Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our sponsorship programs, conferences and tradeshows, and customer events.

This role requires strong execution skills, experience in the IT industry with a background in events marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sponsorships and trade shows, including negotiation, promotion, post-event engagement, and measurement.
  • Plan and execute annual roadshows and solution summits, collaborating closely with product marketing, creative teams, and thought leaders.
  • Ensure successful implementation, execution, and program reporting of all events through Salesforce Dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a technology vendor.
  • Exceptional project management skills and proven experience with managing large-scale events.
  • Able to collaborate across teams, ensure stakeholders are accountable, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Experience in collaborating with agencies and vendors, developing creative assets, and using technologies like Salesforce, Eloqua, and Swoogo.
  • Creative thinker who can work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and add new ideas.
  • Team player with relationship-building skills, a positive attitude, and a passion to learn.
