About the Role

This is a permanent position responsible for delivering expert system support to our staff, doctors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing business systems support to employees, clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to design, develop and support the solution ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the delivery of training and implementation programs.
  • Participate as an active project stakeholder in projects requiring system change.
Requirements

We seek an individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and aptitude for comprehending business processes and workflows.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role within the primary care industry or experience working in an occupational health clinic.
  • Previous ICT experience in helpdesk support and/or training.
