Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Enterprise Product Management team as a Workday HCM Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in configuring and enhancing Workday across core modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules, collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, and developing clear system documentation.

The Role
  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules
  • Provide Workday system support via the ticketing system, including ticket prioritization, resolution development, testing and communication back to end users.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts to the business and executing system testing.
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.
  • Access to opportunities for further Workday training and certification.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules
  • Knowledge of HR business processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in large, complex environments
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with HCM integrations highly regarded
  • Workday HCM certifications highly regarded
  • Experience in the professional services industry preferred but not essential
