We are seeking a dedicated conservation professional to oversee the operations of our semi-remote Garima Conservation Reserve. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about property management and have experience working in agricultural or conservation environments.

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for physically caring for the property, its assets, and visitors. You will also work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including VIPs, Directors, wildlife specialists, contractors, students, volunteers, neighbouring landholders, Indigenous community representatives, and members from all levels of government.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Property Management or Site Manager position and possess strong leadership skills. They must be able to motivate and manage a team, while also being autonomous and self-motivated. A background in Horticulture and Wildlife sectors is highly desirable.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Supervising staff and volunteers
  • Implementing and managing WHS procedures
  • Operational planning and budgeting
  • Land regeneration duties
  • Maintenance of property structures and facilities
  • Waste management and supply procurement
  • Courteous and professional liaison with a wide range of people
