Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior role in our infrastructure services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising trades personnel and ensuring work meets requirements.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Supervising teams of trades personnel to ensure high-quality work.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and contractors to allocate resources effectively.
  • Investigating incidents and reporting findings.
  • Establishing effective communication channels with management.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as employee induction, training records, leave approval, and attendance records.
  • Providing development support to employees and identifying training gaps.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A mechanical trade background, preferably with heavy diesel experience.
  • Certificate III with leadership experience, ideally IV.
  • MILIS/SAP experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated coaching and leadership abilities.
  • Australian citizenship and Defence Security Clearance are required.
