About the Role- This is an excellent opportunity to join our organisation as a Service Coordinator, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our participants.
- We are seeking someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to empower participants to live meaningful lives. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying individual goals and support needs, and coordinating the delivery of services that meet these needs.
- You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal participant outcomes, including Area Supervisors, Senior/Support Workers, and families.
- An essential part of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, utilising a person-centred and active support approach to ensure consistently high-quality participant services.
- A key aspect of this role is mentoring, training, and advising Area Supervisors and Senior/Support Workers to uphold ethical and professional standards in participant care.
- Additional responsibilities include ensuring service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded, maximising participant satisfaction, and maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation and records to support participant care.
