About the Opportunity:

As an Inventory Management Lead, you will oversee inventory management across multiple locations, working closely with teams to support customer fill rates, sales, and profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for parts inventory optimization, implement effective inventory management processes, and conduct regular inventory analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex inventory systems, leading high-performing teams, and driving business results through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste

• Collaborate with teams to establish inventory control procedures and ensure compliance

• Conduct daily inventory analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Supervise and lead a team of inventory professionals to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related field

• Proven track record of achieving business results through inventory management and supply chain optimization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive decisions

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
