About this role:

The team responsible for client success focuses on delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

Associates work closely with a portfolio of clients to ensure each receives value exceeding their investment in our services.

They identify the client's business priorities and recommend effective ways to support them through their purchased services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD, DEVELOP AND MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS ACROSS VARIOUS BUSINESS FUNCTIONS AND COMPANIES
  • REGULARLY MEET AND ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR PRIORITY NEEDS AND RECOMMEND ACTION THAT DRIVES VALUE AND RETENTION
  • ONBOARD NEW CLIENTS INTRODUCING THEIR PURCHASED SERVICES AND CAPABILITIES
  • COLLaborate with internal colleagues to MAXIMIZE THE VALUE DELIVERED TO CLIENTS

Requirements:

  • 4+ YEARS RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • STRONG CLIENT SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION, PRIORITIZATION, CRITICAL THINKING AND INFLUENCING SKILLS
  • BADEGREES OR MASTER'S DEGREE PREFFERED
