We are seeking a Recreation Coordinator to plan, organize and coordinate recreation facilities and programs for young children through management.

**Job Overview:**

The Recreation Coordinator will be responsible for developing, planning and coordinating engaging recreation facilities and programs that contribute to the holistic development of children. This role involves collaboration with various organizations to ensure seamless integration of recreational activities into the early childhood environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate recreational programs in collaboration with local governments, schools and youth organizations.
- Work closely with educators and childcare professionals to integrate recreational activities into the early childhood curriculum, aligning with developmental milestones.
- Manage and execute recreational events that promote physical activity, creativity and social interaction among children.
- Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of recreational programs.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including parents, to ensure engagement and support for recreational initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating recreational programs for children.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
