We are seeking a passionate and organized Recreation Officer to plan, organize, and coordinate recreation facilities and programs for children through management.

**Position Overview**:
As a Recreation Officer specializing in the early childhood industry, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating engaging recreation facilities and programs that contribute to the holistic development of children. Your role will involve collaboration with various organizations to ensure the seamless integration of recreational activities into the early childhood environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and coordinate age-appropriate recreational programs for children in collaboration with local governments, schools and youth organizations.
- Work closely with educators and childcare professionals to integrate recreational activities into the early childhood curriculum, aligning with developmental milestones.
- Manage and execute recreational events that promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction among children.
- Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of recreational programs.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including parents, to ensure engagement and support for recreational initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating recreational programs for children.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and educational practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
