**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a welcoming and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements:**

  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
