Job Overview

This role leads and executes transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value through structured project delivery, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

The team acts as a strategic catalyst within our operations division, governing and accelerating a portfolio of transformation initiatives.

  • Guide initiatives through our transformation lifecycle.
  • Track progress using established dashboards and enforce cadence for gate reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of our transformation roadmap by defining executable initiatives.
  • Support roadmap development workshops and documentation of initiative value hypotheses.
  • Support the transition of initiatives from the transformation office into accountable delivery within line operations.
  • Track whether initiatives maintain traction post-handoff and raise risks if execution falters.

Maintain up-to-date entries in our transformation tracking system, linked to delivery milestones and benefit estimates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need...

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Commerce, Mathematics/Statistics, Aviation).

You will be highly analytical, able to synthesise data into actionable insights, and possess stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams.

  • Experience with defining or delivering initiatives in operational environments.
  • Highly proficient in Excel (or equivalent) for benefit modelling.

Familiarity with industrial economics concepts (e.g., unit cost modelling) is advantageous.
