As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses.
You will analyze financial and operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing pro forma financial information. This requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in due diligence engagements to identify key value drivers and deliver financial and commercial insights.
- Analyze financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
- Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to support deal structuring and negotiation.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
- Assist Partners and Directors with business development activities and initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent is required.
- Demonstrate strong Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
- Be highly analytical and enjoy solving complex problems within tight deadlines.
