About this role, we are seeking a skilled professional to provide individualized client care through the development and implementation of a comprehensive service for young people and their families.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with young people and their families in a mental health or AOD setting, sound knowledge of evidence-based practice in AOD and youth mental health, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Provide counselling and case management to young people aged 12-25 years old who are at risk due to their substance use;
  • Support the young person's family and/or caregivers in understanding and addressing the impact of substance use;
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the complex needs of young people and their families.
