Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead our process design team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire engineering lifecycle from concept select through detailed design and delivery of process systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee single-discipline projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare technical reports as required.
  • Develop proposals and tenders for new and ongoing works.
  • Provide guidance on technical aspects to junior engineers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Requirements
  • Process Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience in process design within Oil & Gas and/or Future Fuels industries.
  • Certified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Chartered Engineer registration.
  • Expertise in using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and DNV PHAST software.
  • Familiarity with process safety principles, including risk identification and assessment through HAZID/HAZOP and dispersion/radiation analysis.
  • Able to prepare P&ID's, PFD's, heat and material balances, and instruments/equipment data sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
