We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting and leading transactions, corporate and commercial matters, acquisition onboarding, regulatory and governance matters.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead transactions, corporate and commercial matters, acquisition onboarding, regulatory and governance matters.
- Advising on and negotiating construction, property, grid connection, operations and maintenance, and/or financing or tax documents.
- Liaise with and coordinate the work of external lawyers.
- 4-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Contract drafting experience is essential; experience in negotiating corporate/commercial agreements is also required.
- Experience in at least one of corporate law and procedures, M&A, projects, and/or financing.
- Previous training or experience in working in a cross-cultural environment will be considered favorably, as will experience in the energy sector.
