We are seeking a seasoned in-house legal professional with 5-10 years of post qualification experience to join our team.
- This is a broad in-house legal role with significant responsibility and opportunity for growth.
- Work alongside a highly respected Senior General Counsel on complex commercial contracts, agreements and litigation.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers through expert communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years (and no more than 10 years) experience working in the commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong law firm.
Key Responsibilities:- General commercial litigation including disputes with suppliers, defective product claims, misleading conduct and debt recovery.
- Commercial work including contract negotiation and drafting, building AI and digital capabilities.
As a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for applying your technical skills and commercial acumen to drive business success.
