Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead and manage BFSI projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of BFSI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Engage with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary
  • Coordinate project resources and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, effectively communicating impacts and solutions
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices throughout project execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BFSI sector, with a thorough understanding of industry practices and regulations
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management approaches
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
